On June 9, MM&P International Secretary-Treasurer Lars Turner addressed delegates at the AFL-CIO’s 30th Constitutional Convention in support of Resolution 17: Revitalizing Domestic Shipbuilding, Ship Repair, and Maritime Industries.
In his remarks, Secretary-Treasurer Turner emphasized his support of the amendment, while highlighting the importance of shipbuilding and the Jones Act to all mariners across the country.
