In the new issue of Global Seafarer, the quarterly publication of the Nautilus Federation:
— almost 800,000 seafarers will need to be “reskilled” by 2050 as the industry transitions to low and zero carbon fuels;
— the Maritime Just Transition Task Force 10-Point Plan calls for strict rules on handling dangerous new fuels like ammonia, alongside standardized training provided at no cost to current seafarers;

MM&P is one of the 22 maritime unions that belong to the Nautilus Federation.
