Join the MM&P Federal Employees Membership Group

The MM&P Federal Employees Membership Group (FEMG) represents Licensed Deck Officers (LDOs), MSC Pursers, and MSC Medical Services Officers (MSOs). We represent LDOs employed by: 

• Army Corps of Engineers;
• CNIC:
• CNO;
• NUWC;
• Military Sealift Command;
• National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).

To join MM&P’s Federal Employees Membership Group, complete and print the following documents:

• Fillable membership application;
• U.S. Government standard form 1187.*

* The SF-1187 authorizes the government to withhold MM&P FEMG membership dues (in the amount of $23.08 per pay period), from your paycheck. If you do not include SF-1187, please attach a check for your first quarter’s dues ($150) or contact Membership@bridgedeck.org to pay your dues by credit card. 

You can email your application and some form of payment to Membership@bridgedeck.org or mail the completed membership application and SF-1187 form (or check in the amount of $150) to:
