SLNC GOODWILL completed its first underway replenishment with the USNS PECOS during RIMPAC 2022 exercises in Hawaii. The fuel transfer involved a six-hour connection while underway.
Consolidated cargo replenishment at sea (CONSOL) tanker ops are a large part of the Navy’s plans for logistical support going forward and a way to maintain supply chains in a contested environment.
